Despite of his relatively young age, Patrik Kleemola is considered one of the greatest classical guitarists of Scandinavia, and, on the afternoon of December 4th, before his long-awaited recital dedicated to contemporary Italian and Finnish guitar, he was honored by the "young people of Conservatorio G.H. Ghedini" (i.e. METS students and former guitar students freshly graduates of the Cuneo Conservatory).

The hommage, called “Preludio per Patrik” was in form of a opening concert consisting of short compositions in which one classical guitar alone, or one guitar performed "four-hand” by two guitarists, or a duo of two classical guitars, have been combined with live electronics or fixed media electronics.

These pieces were created specifically by the METS student composers under the guidance of Prof. Gianluca Verlingieri and Prof. Davide Ficco, and were performed by two young guitarists with a degree from Ghedini, Martina Massimino and Angelo Martino, with the sound directions of the composers, who did for some pieces a live-spatialization on the Meyer Sound multi-channel P.A. system of the Conservatory.

Live-spatialization on the Meyer Sound multi-channel P.A. system of the Conservatory, are supervized by METS sound engineering students under the guidance of Prof. Francesco Canavese.
